About Us

Driven by the belief that all individuals should have access to opportunities for physical activity and athletic competition, Angel City Sports is leading the Paralympic and Adaptive Sports movement in Southern California. Our mission is to provide adaptive sports programming for individuals of all ages with physical differences and impairment. Angel City Sports was founded in 2013 by father and son Clayton and Ezra Frech. The first Angel City Games were held in 2015, in partnership with UCLA Recreation. The event was huge hit with families, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and most importantly the athletesmany of whom had never participated in Adaptive Sports. The 2016 Angel City Games expanded to four days and featured a Track & Field competition and clinics in Archery, Swimming, Soccer, Wheelchair Tennis, Track & Field, and Wheelchair Basketball.
