Annies Place

Annies Place is a nonprofit organization that supports families by providing safe, loving childcare from expert staff so family members can get the medical care they need. Annies Places mission is caring for kids so families can access healthcare. We fulfill our mission through multiple programs including Annies Place Childcare Center, Annies Place at Home which is In-home care, and play therapy. Annies Place drop-off childcare center is on Parkland Hospital campus. Our childcare center is a first-of-its-kind facility with specially trained teachers who care for children while their parents or family members are attending medical appointments. Annies Place at Home is our in-home care program that provides full-time, in-home nannies at no cost, for the duration of a family members health crisis. Play Therapy is one of the ways we support parents by supporting their kids because a diagnosis is stressful for everyone in the family
