Antognolla Resort & Residences

Antognolla Luxury Resort and Residences involves the full-scale reconstruction of the medieval estate of Antognolla in the Italian region of Umbria, into a luxury hotel and residential facility managed by a leading international operator. The project will include a luxury hotel with 72 rooms, and more than 70 private residences. The Antognolla estate is approximately 1,400 acres in size, much of the site is located in an area characterized by steep contours, and dense forest making for a breathtaking backdrop for the development. Antognolla is located approximately 20km north of the regional capital of Perugia and within close proximity to the regional border with Tuscany. The dominant feature of the site is the existence of the 12th century Antognolla castle and Old Borgo.
