Antonius Caviar is a Polish family-owned company, with over 50 years of experience in fish breeding. We are a major sturgeon breeder as well as the leading supplier of caviar - the biggest producer of caviar in Europe and second biggest in the world. We offer the highest quality caviar of unique and remarkable taste, deriving from optimal breeding conditions, non-urbanized environment and crystal-clear waters, likewise from our commitment to the traditional keeping methods and attention paid to the quality of the final product. The caviar is produced exclusively from fem ale sturgeons raised in our own farms located in the most natural regions of Poland.
