Our Mission Statement Anxiety New Zealand Trust aims to improve the recognition of anxiety disorders in NZ, provide treatment and support to people with anxiety related conditions and their families through the provision of high quality clinical services, the experience of service users, and the dedication of support and volunteer staff. The Trust will advocate for funding and support research into the determinants and treatment of anxiety disorders. What we do: Free 24 Hour Helpline - offers intervention, support and education for people experiencing anxiety and their families. The helpline receives up to 12,000 calls a year. Support Groups Anxiety NZ facilitates four consumer support groups where people can meet others who have shared similar experiences and can make friends in a safe, caring, supportive environment.
