APAM (Asian Pacific American Mentors)

The Asian Pacific American Mentoring Program (APAM) is a CMC organization that mentors first-year, transfer, and exchange students who self-identify as Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi-American, Asian American, multi-ethnic, and/or multiracial (APIDA). Through continual mentorship, activism through workshops, and community events, APAM strives to create a welcoming and inclusive APIDA community at CMC where everyone, including the wider APIDA and non-APIDA community, feels comfortable and empowered to engage in discussions about APIDA narratives and issues within historical, social, and personal contexts
