Apex Results Realty Inc., the Burlington real estate company with a difference, opened in October, 2012 after more than 20 years in business under a different brand. Providing Professional Results since 1992, we rebranded to adapt to the changing real estate business. Many changes in the marketplace over the years relate to the evolving relationship between salespeople and brokerages. Currently, most salespeople are independent contractors, working with the support of a brokerage and under the supervision of the Broker of Record. In the past couple of years, there has been a move away from large corporate franchises that charge salespeople high costs plus recurring fees towards more flexible independent companies.
