API Torino - Association of SME in Turin (Italy)

Founded in 1949, API Torino counts nearly 2.000 associate enterprises and a total working force of about 40.000 people. The activities of the Association are oriented in two directions: representation, protection and promotion of its associates interests towards the institutions, the political and social parties and the public opinion; offer of a network of advisory services and assistance to enterprises. The action of API Torino is inspired by the purest values represented by SMEs which are one of the pillars of the economic and social structure of Italy. In particular, the Association works for the promotion and defense of the interests of the manufacturing industry, understood as the main creator of innovation and growth. API Turin earned over time a national role and shares these values with Confapi. The goal of API Turin and Confapi is to innovate the system of industrial relations making them more appropriate and useful to the manufacturing sector
