Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers Compensation

The Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers Compensation is a quasi-judicial tribunal operating under the authority of the Workers Compensation Act. We are the final level of appeal for decisions made by a review body appointed by the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). The Commission works independently from the WCB and reports to the Government of Albertas Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Northern Development.
