Appetais Italia S.p.A was established in 2001 from the merger of two companies: Comisal International, which handled purchases of raw materials, mainly seafood, for companies such as Palmera, Star and other partners, and Meno45, specialising in seafood processing and preparation. Right from the start, Appetais focused with great passion on developing and creating recipes and new ready-meal concepts with the main aim of anticipating and/or meeting the demands of increasingly discerning consumers, who look for tasty, healthy choices but who often have little time to devote to cooking. We have always been firmly convinced of the importance of handling the whole supply chain internally, delegating just a few marginal processes to carefully selected external suppliers.
