Apple Bus Company is a transportation services provider with headquarters in Cleveland, Missouri and operations in seven states. Apple Bus is a S Corporation that was incorporated in Missouri in September of 2000. The company has two owners, the Oyster family who operate the business and Great Range Capital, a Leawood, Kansas based small private equity firm. Apple Bus operates approximately 1800 vehicles predominantly in the states of Missouri and Kansas but with operations in Texas, Illinois, Alabama, Louisiana, Michigan and Alaska as well. Approximately 75% of our business is centered around pupil transportation with the balance being non-emergent medical transportation and shuttle bus work.
