We are the UKs largest franchised group of McDonalds restaurants located across London and Berkshire, employing over 3,500 staff and serving over 30 million customers per year across 43 locations. The franchise is operated by Atul Pathak OBE, who established his first McDonalds restaurant in Southall in 2003. Focus on customer service One of the first things that happened when we took over the restaurant in Southall was to focus on improving customer service and getting to know the local community. Although the group has expanded to 41 restaurants, the attention to customer service remains stronger than ever.
