Aresgas EAD

Aresgas EAD (former name Black sea technology company AD) was established and registered in 1993, in accordance with the Commercial Law. In 2004 the Company won the tenders and was granted 35-year-long licenses by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for distribution and delivery of natural gas in the regions of Dobrudzha and Mizia. In april 2006, the Company won the Licenses for the region of Zapad, issued by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for 41 years period. The company invests and develops the natural gas pipeline network in Bulgaria and sells natural gas to end users in 21 municipalities. The structure of Aresgas EAD comprises the Head Office in the city of Varna and local offices in the towns of Dobrich, Targovishte, Shumen, Pleven, Provadia, Beloslav, Lukovit, Blagoevgrad, Vratza, Dupnitza, Pernik and Sandanski.
