The Arizona Interscholastic Association is a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Arizona, operating as a voluntary association of member high schools, referred to here and after as AIA, Corporation or the Association. The philosophy of the Association, is that interscholastic athletics and activities are beneficial to the total education program.
