Arizona Youth Partnership

AZYPs mission is to partner with communities to cultivate healthy foundations for youth and promote strong families. As we focus our efforts on prevention, AZYPs vision is to create a comprehensive linked set of programs that maximize the opportunities and resources we seek to bring to communities across the state of Arizona. AZYP employs a three-pronged approach to fight poverty and build healthy, self-sufficient youth and families: 1. Cultivate Healthy Foundations for Youth: AZYP offers evidence-based relationship education, afterschool, and youth leadership programs. Our programs equip youth to focus on life success goals and work to prevent teen pregnancy, alcohol and substance abuse and anti-social behaviors. 2. Promote Strong Families: AZYP family programs offer practical knowledge, strategies and tools to build and sustain healthy marriage, parenting, and economic self-sufficiency.
