Arlitt Center for Education, Research & Sustainability

The Arlitt Center for Education, Research and Sustainability is part of the School of Education within the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) at the University of Cincinnati. The Arlitt Center houses one of the oldest laboratory preschools in the nation. The program serves children and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and serves as a practicum site for university students. The center conducts applied research and supports initiatives and projects related to children, youth and environments, quality improvement in early care and education, and education for sustainability
