We are a boutique law firm specializing in complex land use entitlements and land use litigation. All of our lawyers have excellent academic backgrounds and formerly practiced at large law firms. Mark Armbruster was at Christensen Miller, and Dale Goldsmith was chair of the Land Use Group at Greenberg Glusker. Both had grown disenchanted with the rigid structures of large firm laws and, in 2004, formed the firm in order to be able to be more flexible and more responsive to the needs of our clients. Partners Bill Delvac, David Goldberg, and Damon Mamalakis joined us from mega-firm Latham & Watkins. In the last 18 plus years, we have become one Californias leading land use firms.
