ArmCoil was established in 2002 at a factory based in Stormill with a focus on the repair of DC Traction motors for the railway industry. Within a few short years the company had outgrown its existing factory through the addition of the repair of AC high voltage motors and moved to its present factory based in Technikon, Roodepoort. Through a decade of further sustained growth ArmCoil now boasts a diverse array of products and services, agencies for international manufacturers and its own proudly South African brand, ACEM. Transformation has seen ArmCoil reach Level 2 BBBEE status and a Construction Industry Development Board Grading of 6EP. Our customers now enjoy a complete solution for their transformers and motors by having a supplier partner which manufactures, installs, commissions, repairs and maintains both product lines in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Procedures and IS0 14001 Environmental procedures.
