With thirty years of legal experience in the government and private sector, attorney Carol Armstrong knows immigration law. On the government side, she has served as counsel to five Members of Congress, providing input on immigration reform legislation and also assisting thousands of constituents. In her private practice, she has submitted filings to Homeland Security, the Department of State and Department of Labor on behalf of her clients so that they can live and work in America. As well, she has guided many of them on their path to lawful permanent residence and citizenship. Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Carol studied journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. She was a newspaper editor in Virginia before moving to Washington, D.C. to serve as a staff assistant to a U.S. Senator. She returned to Raleigh to enroll in the N.C.
