WE WERE FORMED IN RESPONSE TO A MUCH NEEDED CULTURAL SHIFT IN THE LOCAL OFFSHORE ENERGY SECTOR A shift in such a manner warranted that a different mindset be cultivated among the various stakeholders. As a young and vibrant manpower provider we knew that this would require some bold moves but felt that we were strategically placed to successfully create that alternative way. In seeking the best vision, we discovered that the industry would be best served when all stakeholders work as partners. In embracing such an approach, we were mindful of the volatility of the market place, the uncertainties of exploration and the level and quality of reserves and more importantly the physical risks to the personnel and the extensive range of skills involved.
