We would hereby like to inform you that the sale process of the production units of Artenius Espana and IQA which are respectively manufacturing PET and MEG/ OE derivatives and were owned by La Seda de Barcelona and located in Spain has been finalized on 1. April 2014, after its acquisition by the business group Cristian Lay. The incorporation of this new Company will not imply substantial changes in its internal organization, so that the professional relations may be continued to be entertained as up to date, as the professional team will remain the same. The new Company has been incorporated with the name PLASTIVERD in order to show our commitment with the manufacturing of new differentiated products that are less energy consuming, new recycled products and specialties which are committed to environmental sustainability.
