ASA Microfinance Sierra Leone Limited (ASA Sierra Leone) was incorporated under The Companies Act, No. 05 of 2009 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Sierra Leone, in May 2015 (Registration No. C.F. 001537). At the same time, the company obtained the Certificate of Business Registration under The Business Registration Act, No. 18/2007 (CBR/12 No. 0005762). ASA Sierra Leone is a subsidiary of ASA International, one of the worlds largest international microfinance institutions. ASA Sierra Leone started operations in 2016.
