In the beginning of 2016 ASBW acquired all the operational assets (factory and machinery) of Alberto da Silva Barbosa & Filhos. Relevant production, technical, and commercial know-how (acquired with more than 75 year of experience in this activity) was transferred together with the assets. ASBW has an installed production capacity of approximately 40.000 tons / year. It is equally capable of manufacturing large and small series given its competitive and flexible cost structure. ASBWs integrated equipment guarantee identical precision parameters regardless of the production series size. In addition to the most up to date equipment, ASBW operates under rigorous industrial and administrative procedures to guarantee the best quality product and services to its customers. ASBW has all the necessary conditions for developing and manufacturing quality products, as well as introduced new business methods that allowed the development of a commercial strategy towards the international markets
