Ascender is a leading consulting firm in Executive & Specialist Search and Management for Hire. We were established in 2014 and are located in Norway and Sweden. We have extensive experience in recruiting to all the largest cities in Scandinavia, in addition to London. We are an interdisciplinary team consisting of 21 advisors who represent a broad competence gained through previous operational leadership and specialist roles, combined with a solid professional background from organizational psychology. Furthermore, we have more than 50 seconded consultants on an ongoing basis for various missions.
