Ashdown Phillips & Partners was established in 2004 in response to the need for the kind of commercial property management that was considered lacking in the market place. We pride ourselves on providing a personal, bespoke and professional property management service for each and every one of our clients. By actively building strong relationships and understanding our clients objectives so that we can represent their interests in the most positive way. Our role is to become a trusted adviser and an integral part of our clients property teams. By working from this position of trust we are able to offer a service that is more akin to an in-house advisory service than a remote agent.
