ASME NIT Patna

The Inauguration ceremony of the student chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering at NIT Patna was held on 18th April 2013 by Shri Manas Bihari Verma. Honble Chairman, Board of Governors, NIT Patna in the august presence of Prof. Asok De, Director, NIT Patna. The student section thus became the first professional society of its kind to be established at the institute. This student chapter is currently under the strong leadership of Dr. Prakash Chandra as Student Section Advisor and is guided by Honorable Director and HOD Dept. of Mechanical Engg. NIT Patna.
