We are a dynamic, forward thinking and training Practice with a proud history of developing our clinical team, serving a population of 40,000 patients across 5 sites (Hollybrook Medical Centre, Sinfin Health Centre, Osmaston Road, Keldholme Lane and Parkfields Surgery). We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team within our practice from: GPs, Trainee Doctors, AHPs such as Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physios, Social Prescribers, Nurses and HCAs complimented by a patient services team administratively. Our working hours are 8.00am to 6.30pm with extended hours operating 3 evenings a week and Saturday mornings. We offer a MDT approach to our care and offer a wide range of GMS services to our patients including, but not limited to enhanced minor surgery, coil and implant procedures, steroid injections.
