Asseco Central Europe, a.s

The company Asseco Central Europe is a strong regional software centre for Central Europe in the area of IT services and products with high added value for all market segments. History of the company goes back to 1990 when it operated under the name Asset Soft. An important milestone in the Companys history was the start of a strategic partnership with Asseco Poland (at that time Asset Soft and Comp Rzeszw) in 2004 and the establishment of the international Asseco Group. In October 2006, the company ( under name Asseco Slovakia) was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, thus becoming the first Slovak company to be directly quoted on a foreign stock Exchange. In July 2009 the company expanded by integrating Asseco Slovakia and Asseco Czech Republic. This project is a logical conclusion of the integration process in the Asseco Group.
