ASSOC NGO was established in 1995, in Baia Mare,Maramures , Romania as an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable people. Currently, is among the most active national organizations in the field of social economy and the provision of social services, with the long-term objective of facilitating access to the labor market for people with disabilities, the elderly, young people who leave the child protection system, Roma, families single parents. In recent years, ASSOC has managed important projects and focused on the development of social and entrepreneurial activities, transmitting the knowledge accumulated in the 23 years of activity to other NGOs, but also to public institutions.
