Associated Capital Securities Limited (ACSL) is a Stock Brokerage firm incorporated under the Companies Act in the year 1996. ACSL became a member of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on the same year and started operation which was primarily, facilitating clients in the purchase and sale of shares listed under the CSE. In the year 2005, ownership of ACSL along with all of its assets, clients and membership of CSE was sold to the current management team headed by the companys Chairman, MD Amin Ullah. MD Amin Ullah is one of the leading businessmen in the fisheries sector of Bangladesh. He is the Managing Director of Ark Sea Foods Ltd. and is currently the president of Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association.
