Ataa Educational Company was founded in 1413 AH (corresponding to 1992 AD), and it is now a Saudi joint stock company. The Company has been working in the private public education sector for nearly thirty years, and it practices its main activities by owning and operating 20 educational complexes in Riyadh region. It specializes in providing education services in the private and international & foreign curricula, including the American curriculum, the British , the Indian , the French , and the Egyptian for the various stages of public education (pre-university) The Companys complexes are located on an area of 295861 square meters, containing 2445 classrooms with a total capacity of about 59949 students for the combined complexes.
