Ateneo Consultants for Organization Development and Empowerment (CODE), formerly known as the Ateneo Student Trainers (STRAINS), is a non-profit organization that envisions a society where youth and youth-oriented organizations are able to flourish and enact positive, sustainable change in their communities.
