We specialize in manufacturing both assembly-ready components and steel cut parts for leading machinery and equipment manufacturers. We cut, bend, and machine products with the most efficient and modern machinery on the market. We produce assembly-ready, welded components in custom-tailored robotic and automated FMS production cells to meet our clients needs. We also surface-treat the products according to customer requirements. In 2022, our long-term partner, Ratesteel Oy, became part of Ateno. Through this acquisition, we strengthened our production of assembly-ready components. Ratesteel has invested heavily in automated and robotic welding and FMS production cells over the years. The production process has been developed in collaboration with customers, allowing us to deliver various batch sizes flexibly and exactly on time. The products leaving our factory are assembled and pre-equipped so that they can be delivered directly to the customers assembly line
