Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership

Established in 1991, ANDP develops, finances, and advocates for affordable housing at scale that promotes racial equity and healthy communities where families thrive. Today, ANDP is working to address the growing gap in wealth and homeownership between Black and white households - especially in neighborhoods of great risk of gentrification and displacement. REAL ESTATE - In 2020, ANDP launched Closing the Gap plan to develop or preserve 2,000 affordable housing units by 2025. Through its innovative development and financing of single-family and multifamily units, with both public and private sector partners, the ANDP is well on its way to meeting its 2025 goal. ANDP LOAN FUND - By engaging in innovative partnerships, ANDP, a member of the NeighborWorks Network, provides low-interest loans to support for-profit and nonprofit organizations that produce affordable housing.
