Although we are not regulated by the FCA or PRA in the UK, we have found that we can help with enquiries, particularly for UK Inheritance Tax Planning, where either cover is not available in the local market or the profile of the client does not match the requirements of a UK Insurer. When we work with UK based advisers, we do so on a strictly non-admitted basis. Our policyholder risk is placed with a number of leading global reinsurance companies including, Swiss Re, RGA, Arch Re and GEN Re.
