Mission Statement: Empowering individuals in Late Adolescence/Early Adult Transition stages to improve the quality of relationships in all areas of life through Attachment Theory. Attachment theory, based on the research of psychologists John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth, posits that the relationships formed in early childhood shape individuals emotional bonds and patterns of relating throughout their lives. There are four main attachment styles: secure, anxious-preoccupied, dismissive-avoidant, and fearful-avoidant.
