Our name was changed to Eagers Automotive Limited from A.P. Eagers Limited in 2020 following our acquisition of the listed Automotive Holdings Group Limited (AHG). This new name better reflects our position in the automotive industry and recent growth, whilst also maintaining a connection to our foundation. We are a pure automotive retail group representing a diversified portfolio of automotive brands across Australia and New Zealand. Our core business consists of the ownership and operation of motor vehicle dealerships.
