Aviomechanika is a specialist in extremely high precision CNC metal processing such difficult materials as Inconel, Tytan, Hastelloy, Magnesium, stainless steel and steel used in the Oil & Gas industry. We provide machining services on the entrusted material and parts made of our material. At request, we also assemble sets of parts that we receive for processing. We are able to perform the operations of cutting, heat treatment, applying various types of coatings (galvanic coatings and thermal and plasma spraying), grinding, lapping, polishing and drilling. Our strength is the machining of rotating, thin-walled parts. We can process parts up to 700 mm diameter and the length of 1000 mm and with the incredible accuracy up to 0,005 mm. To keep all the standards we always check the quality on FPI line which is non-destructive inspection by usage of fluorescent penetrant according to the specifications of CFPM-1 and -4.
