Systems development centered around the triad Safety, Scalability and Manufacturability, Avishkar has embarked upon the journey of bringing hyperloop to a reality in the year 2017. With a holistic approach, Avishkar has brought out innovation in various engineering fields both for the pod and the associated infrastructure. Our test bed at the Discovery Campus of IIT Madras features a 422m long vacuum tube with the track designed and patented entirely by the student team in collaboration with industry giants such as Indian Railways, ArcelorMittal, Hindalco, and L&T Construction.
