We manufacture a comprehensive range of high quality food grade recycled plastic packaging, collation, shelf ready trays and inserts for drinks and non-food applications. Our PET plastic is 100% recycled making it 100% recyclable. We purchase high quality bottle flakes through the Bantam group (www.bantamltd.com) who source bottles within 30km of the coastline preventing plastic waste entering the ocean and environment. These flakes are then converted to food and medical grade packaging. We currently convert in excess of seven (7) million bottles per week to recyclable plastic packaging. We take pride in our employee expertise who have the capability to turn around 3D CAD designs within 48 hours, prototype within 5 days and tooling within 4 weeks.
