We have four divisions - Intermediary, Direct, Claims & Underwriting and Bluefin Insurance Services. Each offers commercial insurance solutions or expert advice to customers: Intermediary trades with our 2500+ broker partners through our branch network. Direct offers a wide variety of products to SMEs through our Glasgow call centre and national field sales force.
