Axheleon is a Singapore-based company with offices in Singapore, Bengaluru, and Budapest, we started in the year 2005. The Internet boom ushered in the era of Business Process Outsourcing in the World. And India, with a large pool of talent, became the center stage of Globalization. The promise to cater to the demand for hiring talent, inspired the former Commissioned officer of the Indian Navy, to conceive the idea of Axheleon. During the early years, we supported Fortune 500 Clients to scale up their operations in India. And the demand for hiring talent was unique and not seen anywhere in the world. The mandate from the client is to scale the team size from ground zero to 5000 in six months, which seemed unachievable at the beginning but became a reality in a short span of time.
