Azar Mina Jam Glass Industries Company, based on mineral potential in the region started the project of Production of flat glass by float method in the year 2013. The project was built on a 22-hectare land in Phase Two of Torbat-e-Jam Industrial Estate (Khorasan Razavi Province), Iran. Azar Mina Jam Glass Factory production line is designed to produce 600 tons of glass Jam daily (200,000 T/year) by the float method in the parts of Automotive, Architectural and Industrial with high quality according to standard and is capable of producing flat glass types from 2 to 19 mm thick in different size and Jumbo size and color (white, green, blue, brown and flint). It is noted that the technology used in this production unit is the most modern production method in the world, and the benefits of this project are the maximum automation, the most environmentally friendly and the lowest energy consumption to produce each kilogram of glass.
