Azimut Alternative Capital Partners, LLC (AACP) is the New York-based GP Stakes business of Azimut Group. Azimut Group is publicly listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (Ticker: AZM.MI), operates in 18 countries and has over ca. $100 billion in AUM as of December 31, 2023. The core business of AACP is a GP stakes strategy focused on acquiring minority stakes in private markets firms in lower middle market ($500mm - $3bn AUM at investment) private market firms sponsoring strategies including buyout, growth equity, infrastructure and private credit.
