As of May 2021, Renaissance Mergers & Acquisitions joins the audit, tax and advisory network, Baker Tilly Canada, as an independent member firm providing transaction services in Vancouver and coast to coast. Our name changes to reflect the Baker Tilly brand. The service excellence and client care our team offers will not change at all. Neither will fees. Though we will be adopting a new brand and becoming part of a countrywide network, well maintain complete autonomy of both our day-to-day and long-term management. We will remain, legally and in practice, an independently owned and operated firm. On the plus side, as part of BT and by extension, its global network, BT International we will be able to augment the transaction services we offer clients, as well as our reach and connections, both nationally and around the world.
