Bakersfield Family Medical Center / Heritage Physician Network sets a standard for excellence in health care provided to our patients in settings that promote wellness and preventive medicine. BFMC has employed primary care providers and some specialists with offices located throughout Kern County. Heritage Physician Network is a physician group with locations throughout Kern County who comprise an Independent Physicians Association (IPA). These IPA physicians are affiliated with BFMC, although they maintain their own offices. Members who select BFMC/HPN physicians will see their doctors in their conveniently located private offices.
