About Baku 2015 Operation Committee In June 2015, the city of Baku, capital of Azerbaijan will host the first European Games. The Baku European Games Operation Committee (BEGOC) is responsible for planning and delivering this multisport event for athletes from the 49 National Olympic Committees of Europe. The event is regulated by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) and will be held every four years.
