HEYDAR ALIYEV, National Leader of Azerbaijan Baku White City project was developed in the framework of the Presidential decree approving the Plan of Integrated Action to Improve the Environmental Situation in the Azerbaijan Republic during the Years 2006-2010 by the order of the Executive Administration of Baku City about restoration and rational use of the industrial area of Black City, located right in the centre of Baku bay. Baku White City envisages creation of 10 universal urban districts with each of them to offer its residents the best living, working and entertainment conditions.
