Banking on Women strives to be the premier financial services society at the University of Melbourne, dedicated to developing our members professional skills and helping them to become future leaders in their prospective careers. Our mission is to champion for gender equality in the financial and professional services industries through informing our members of the importance and benefits of gender diversity. We strive to Empower, Educate and Encourage our members and provide them with the industry-specific knowledge needed to differentiate oneself in todays competitive landscape. Since being founded in 2012, Banking on Women has grown to be a well-respected and supported contributor to the Faculty of Business and Economics.
