It has diverse concerns spread primarily between Nagpur and Gwalior with prominent supply chains in Western & Central India. Bapuna Alcobrew, incorporated in 1987, is the flagship company of the group. In the early 2000s, the group inducted into its business portfolio, central Indias iconic ice cream brand, Dinshaws Dairy Foods, as well as Forms International and Forms Lifestyle, a furniture and lifestyle company.
